Q: What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

A: Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We'll explore where you are now, where you want to be, and how to get there. While therapy often dives into past trauma, coaching is about building momentum and creating change in your present and future. (And if therapy feels like the better fit, I'll help you get connected.)

Q: What kind of goals can I bring to coaching?

A: Anything related to your health, habits, mindset, or lifestyle. That could mean improving sleep, managing stress, eating better, moving more, setting boundaries, or rebuilding confidence--coaching works with your priorities.

Q: Is this one-on-one or group coaching?

A: I currently offer one-on-one coaching so we can dive deep and personalize your plans. Group options may be available seasonally--check back or reach out if you're interested!

Q: Do I have to be a certain level of "healthy" to start?

A: Nope. Coaching is for anyone who's ready to grow--whether you're at square one, bouncing back, or fine-tuning a routine that's mostly working.

Q: I'm not a designer or tech-savvy... can you still help me?

A: 100%. My job is to make your brand look professional without overwhelming you. I speak "wellness" and "marketing" fluently--so whether you need a logo, Canva templates, or a brand refresh, I've got you.

Q: Do you only work with health and wellness professionals?

A: That's my sweet spot--but if you align with the Rebel Wellness vibe and your work supports people's growth, healing, or transformation, let's talk.

Q: What if I just need help with messaging or words, not design?

A: I offer content and copywriting support too--whether it's refining your elevator pitch, writing your About page, or creating an email series that does not sound robotic.

Q: Are these printable or digital tools?

A: Most resources are downloadable PDFs you can print, laminate, or keep on a tablet for quick reference. Some tools are editable files so you can personalize them for your clients.

Q: Can I use these in my coaching or massage practice?

A: Yes! These are made specifically for health and wellness pros to use with clients. You can reference them during sessions or give copies to clients as part of your care.

Q: Will there be new resources added regularly?

Q: Can I request a custom resource or chart?

A: Yes, I take a limited number of custom projects. If you have a request for a specific chart, tracker, or educational tool, let me know through the contact form.

A: Yes! I offer both in-person and virtual workshops, depending on your location and needs.

Q: Can you customize a workshop for my group?

A: Absolutely. I tailor every experience to your audience--whether that's a deep dive into stress management, a hands-on wellness session, or a keynote about building inner grit.

Q: How far in advance should I book you?

A: The earlier the better to secure your spot--especially for spring and fall events. But I'm known to pull off last-minute magic too. Reach out and let's talk.
